Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. We offer store credit for other product purchases within the store. 

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges must meet the same return conditions

  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be offered. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of use

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
